濃い土曜 VS 薄めの日曜

參考Jamie's recipe : Meatballs and Pasta
Pasta可 dried spaghetti or penne , 範例寫真雖是佐spaghetti
但我與助理還是偏好 penne 那易收汁又彈牙的口感。
因為冰箱還有剩餘的mozzaralla 與 flat-leaf parsley
所以自作主張 將完成的 meatballs 加了起司送進了烤箱
少了 greens 陪襯 , 不僅是味覺連視覺都 heavy了起來
還好僅剩的些許橄欖可以清清口感
Sunday
我跟助理都想過過當個 vegetarian 的癮 。
( 其實 , 是誤打誤撞忘了買肉)
連番茄湯都無培根可放。
最後無肉不歡的兩個人還是開了罐 terrine
為了不破壞 "清爽 " 的畫面
terrine 吃就好了不用拍了 。
