蓮根と蒟蒻のきんぴら
大根の煮物
胡瓜の塩揉み
(最近很迷,ㄧ次都作上好幾餐份)
自家製泡菜
海藻と豆腐の味噌汁
超市今日高麗菜ㄧ大顆僅售100en , 想說拿一半來作泡菜(拌臭豆腐吃的那種酸甜口味)
剩餘的一半週五來包水餃。泡菜的口感還算不錯夠爽脆 , 但是糖與米醋的比例不夠
成品的味道不夠好 , 不過量實在太多了我還是吃了一大碗 , 現在肚子好撐啊!
