Daube de boeaf
看友人家的大廚最近常做stew 料理 , 搞得家裡也想馬上來一鍋
口說 “馬上“, 其實我也有自己的一慣堅持
上星期四 “馬上“ 去超市買材料 , 把冰箱裡剩下的半罐白酒全都拿來醃肉與根菜 , 最少兩天..
不管做紅酒燉肉或是白酒燉肉 , 這一步驟通常都不會省略掉 ; 即使想吃但我還是會忍。
星期六 , 如願做了鍋白酒燉肉 , 其實以前我好常做的次數勝過紅酒燉肉 ; 事實上我也偏好白酒。
話說 , 昨天下雪了...我這台灣來的鄉下人整晚興奮的...直喊冷。
